A global engineering and infrastructure company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the regional team here in Asia. The role focuses on front-end projects work including advising on public and private tenders, project contracts, M&A, arbitration and litigation. You will work closely with the business to advise on new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have experience in project contracts with commercial teams (e.g. EPC, BOT, DBOM, Services Agreements, O&M contracts). Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction qualification, as well as fluency in English and Cantonese are mandatory. Project experience in South East Asian projects is an advantage. WS9957
