The team specialises in advising banks, financial institutions and money lenders in domestic and cross-border loan transactions involving offshore companies. The ideal candidate is a mid-level Banking and Finance lawyer with solid private practice training from a leading onshore/offshore law firm. Hong Kong or commonwealth qualification is mandatory.
