A highly regarded UK law firm is looking to hire a senior FCPA/Investigation lawyer to join its busy team in Shanghai. This role will cover a wide range of matters including corruption, conflicts of interest, to trade compliance and cybersecurity incidents across a diverse spectrum of sectors. You will also have the opportunity to work with its US office on cross-border cases. Ideally, you need to have a US JD/LLM and a US qualification.
