The role will involve working on complex cross-border M&A transactions in multiple sectors including energy, infrastructure, diversified industries and financial institutions, all with an international element. Ideally, candidates should be overseas educated, as well as have an international qualification. Solid M&A experience at an international law firm and the ability to handle transactions independently are also important.
