Our client is a global multi-asset investment platform headquartered in Hong Kong, with operations across Asia, Europe, and the US. Due to the rapid expansion of their business, they are seeking to hire a mid-level legal counsel to join their growing team in London.

This is a standalone position where you will advise on a broad range of matters, including but not limited to investment, M&A transactions, contentious work, and general corporate issues. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a legal qualification obtained in a common law jurisdiction.

Experience in corporate/M&A is required, while familiarity with Web3 and fintech is desirable. Additionally, candidates must have working experience in the UK and possess native fluency in Mandarin. WS10602
