Our client is a Chinese Asset Management, with SFC Type 1, 4, 9 license. They are currently looking for a Compliance (Senior) Manager. This position will be an individual contributor for the Compliance function.

Candidate will be expected to assist the Compliance Head in all-rounded compliance matters; not limited to licensing, amending/maintaining Compliance framework/P&P, ensuring business operations adhere with latest regulatory requirements, providing Compliance advises to Business and Management, reviewing marketing materials and fund document/product launches etc. High proficiency in Chinese would be required.
