A leading real estate group is seeking a senior lawyer to support its real estate and fund platform. The role covers cross-border fund transactions, real estate financing and refinancing, corporate and regulatory advice. You will also prepare materials for senior stakeholders and manage external counsel across Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, the BVI and mainland China. Applicants should have around 10+ years’ PQE, strong real estate and financing experience, and the ability to work independently. Fund experience is advantageous. Immediate availability is preferred.
