An infrastructure company is seeking a seasoned Properties Legal Counsel for a well-established infrastructure company.

Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will provide strategic legal advice on lands, buildings and construction matters. Key responsibilities include advising on tenancy, property management, leasing, and licensing issues, as well as drafting and reviewing related agreements such as management contracts and DMCs. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across Hong Kong. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in conveyancing, lands and building related work gained from reputable law firms or in-house environment.
