A well-established Hong Kong conglomerate is seeking a mid to senior lawyer who can hit the ground running on real estate transactions. Apart from the transaction itself, this role also requires the successful candidate to provide legal advice on financing, development and construction, leasing, and asset management. The company’s property portfolio is global in nature, so the right candidate will also cover UK and US assets. Candidates ranging from 5-12 PQE will be considered, with a preference for those coming straight from an international law firm real estate team. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.
