An expanding real estate investment firm is looking for a senior counsel to join its headquarter in Hong Kong. This role will work closely with C-suite level advising on real estate transactions including M&A, REITs, funds, PE investment. On top, this role will support the group’s general corporate matters. This is a regional position covers Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. Ideal candidates should be US or common law qualified candidates with 8-12 PQE real estate M&A transaction experience gained from reputable law firms and/or similar in-house experience. Fluency in English is essential; Japanese is an advantage. WS11326
