A market-leading Corporate practice is seeking a high-calibre M&A/PE Associate to work directly alongside a renowned Partner who brings elite global experience across Asia. In this role, you will execute high-stakes, cross-border transactions for top-tier private equity sponsors and corporate clients. The practice spans sponsor-led buyouts, divestitures, public-to-private deals, strategic alliances, restructurings, and growth capital financings. The ideal candidate will have strong M&A or private equity experience from a premier international law firm. Fluency in Korean is preferred but not essential. Full Cravath rates on offer. WS11339
