A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. Responsible for attracting, selecting and developing graduate talent for the Hong Kong office, covering interns and trainees end to end. Manage campus engagement, assessment centres, interviews, offers and conversion from internship to training contract, working closely with partners and the HK Recruitment Panel. Plan and deliver university events, open days and cultivation activities, and maintain relationships with key law schools. Coordinate induction, seat allocations, appraisals and career development for trainees, and support the US Summer Associate programme. Minimum 5 years’ experience in graduate recruitment or development, ideally in professional services or a law firm.
